Book a one hour phone call/ zoom session to go over any questions you have. Have your photos/links sent off to us prior to your phone call. We’ll have them ready to view once the scheduled call starts.

I’ll give you professional advice while you take notes.

If you’re looking to turn your home into a short term rental investment property; I can give you an outline of what needs to be completed to get it ready. We’ll walk the property and I’ll give you recommendations on what to keep, change or add for your guests to get the most out of your nightly rate. This STR service generally takes more than one hour to complete.
